also delete unnecessary apps that would consume or waste your time like tiktok or online games that would make you procrastinate and so then just download them again when it's vacation or so because it actually work for me i got good grades alright and i swear you wouldn't regret it also i found good hobbies like crochet, cooking and baking i was actually good at it as surprised and learning was fun
