Literarily, a reverse harem is just that there are multiple simultaneous contenders for the romance that get equal ish screentime before the main character picks one to be monogamous with them at the end. This is a reverse harem in that sense, there are 3 men. If you meant a REAL reverse harem where lady gets ALL of them, I have a couple recommendations if you're interested
