There was a popular manhwa on this site. I kept putting off reading it. I’ve decided to give it another try. I forgot it’s name completely. I would appreciate any help trying to find it. Thank you in advance. Context: -guy -cynical, sly type of MC -dark hair -MC has a guy friend or companion? (Not ORV) -action, fantasy… -the guy that tags along seems to be the original MC and has sort of blue-black hair? -oh there is a friend that is a girl, or companion, she is a yandere. Maybe light brown hair?

I can only remember one scene. Some kind of military official. This guy is the leader who makes decisions. His decisions end up killing multiple people. He feels super guilty. He calls his wife one last time, then pulls the trigger on himself. I think he was a side character but that’s all I remember from the manhwa.
