I can’t help but not root for them bc of what a genuinely awful person the ML is he throws tantrums and physically assaults his employees? I totally get that he’s supposed to be this obsessive scary guy but there’s genuinely no reasonable justification for his actions or personality. As Mc is one of his workers I find it insane the he fell for him (it came out of nowhere?) Like when he punched the security guy for suggesting he leave the mc alone… completely unwarranted
It took a while for him to convince me, but honestly, considering the genre this is a pretty tame cute couple lol. I will say, though I did think that his personality was way different towards like the beginning and the middle of the story because of the things he was saying and the implications they kind of seemed to have. Especially when he first came over to her place told her to be herself because “he isn’t her boyfriend”. To me that felt mocking and almost like a “hey you were judging me, but look at you now”. Just my thoughts though!
