Okay so I have a question; Let's say that Oscar( was Alpha now Omega) had paired with an omega and blah blah blah he change to an omega himself because of Luca. What would happen to said paired omega if technically their "Alpha" doesn't exist anymore?

I think the pairing would be cancelled! But here the rules don’t apply somehow! I mean beta shouldn’t have been able to smell pheromones and more over brothers doesn’t get affected by each other pheromones and yet here they did! Still I can’t think of anything other it being cancelled!
I think his mark on the omega will not stick, because he's not an actual alpha, he never was. So their bond would've been cancelled. Plus even though he's slept with a lot of omegas during his time as an "alpha", he never really clicked with them, nor wanting to bite/mate/bond with any of them. His true omega nature was hidden and triggered back by Luca, who smelled his pheromones from day 1 when they first met.
