This manga absolutely suck, the concept of the manga is to basically have a discourse on what is evil. Which everybody claims to be the righteous person, even though they all are killing people. It’s stupid as fuck that they put a lot of emphasis on it when its jsut a superficial way of saying everybody got different belief systems. Regardless of that, the manga also sucks because of the power system. I’m like what the fuck is going on, it’s too much different things and they do a bad job of explaining it. I get that it’s sorcery but they add so many details to the different dimensions of the sorcery aspect to the point it’s annoying. They have like 3-4 different power systems,

What complex themes, this manga is borderline for children. There is nothing complex about this, this story could’ve ended if they would’ve just handed the dude the sword. Genuinely what is the point in explaining anything to you, especially since you're "going to hate on this for life?" The author himself could personally DM you and explain every single plot point, character, character's ability, the power system in general and every single thought process he went through when writing his manga, and you would STILL go "me no understand. this manga absolutely suck."
It's fine if you didn’t like the manga, you're not the first nor last person who'll ever dislike it, and that's alright. Everyone's got different likes and preferences when it comes to stories, and you at least gave this a try and read it but still disliked it which is valid. But you really gotta stop pretending like the manga's badly written or "for children" just because you have 0 reading comprehension skills to understand what is literally written and drawn out for you in the simplest way possible bruh.
Dude my reading comprehension is literally one of the best I’m in America and made a 34/36 on the act in the reading category, I promise you I probably read more diverse stories than you. So saying that it sucks is kind of ignorant. They do explain the abilities, but they do a bad job to the point where a lot of people get lost in the sauce. To be honest you’re correct this isn’t a bad story, it’s just I’ve been mostly focusing on good stories the last couple years which made me realize why I read about 4 books. Which is omniscient reader viewpoint, eleceed, veteran soldier, and jujutsu kaisen. Now, I’ve gotten so used to diamonds that reading a silver level story makes me think it’s horrible, but you’re right,‘it’s not that bad. For a shounen jump manga that was pushed to compete with jjk, it is that bad. But overall I’d rather read this than some reincarnation/sent to another world op garbage. I jsut had high hopes for this. And that’s why you should never have high expectations. But again, I would honestly want you to explain the main character abilities

Also whose abilities are you confused about? Chihiro's? He doesn't use sorcery, he is contracted to the Enten, the 7th Enchanted Blade, which has 3 different abilities. Kuro which unleashes a flying slash, Aka that absorbs an enemy's attack and makes Chihiro able to use it (basically it's a copying ability in simpler terms) and Nishiki, a cloaking ability that enhances his physical capabilities. What is so difficult to understand about it?
It is terrible, because I got so used to better stories, and this story is not one of the better ones, which is why I say it’s terrible. It’s like being born a prince and eating fast food, some people says McDonald is good but I’ve seen better. It is better than the reincarnation isekai op gaming ones, but for the front line of mangas, it is severely lacking. Mostly, the reason it is lacking comes from different aspects, it does not do a great job at the basics of abilities because of the confusing aspects of the abilities.
I understand the 3-4 different power systems, but they make it in a way, you can not remember the names because you don’t know which is happening you just watching it happen and then say a name. Like when he used his fishes to do surveillance, how does that fit in the category of what you just named. It’s bad at the basics so it over explains, and that right there is not good story telling. Too many powers and not enough over lap, everybody seem to have their own abilities, which makes it even more like what is going on, and their own abilities supposed to overlap cause it’s all part of sorcerery. Now for that guy with the hidden inventory okay that makes sense, that’s a good power structure and did a great job at explaining. But for everybody else I’m just like huh?
They don’t do a great job at showing power structure, they literally just add, and keep adding, and don’t go back, just keep adding. That is what I dislike, and why I think it’s not going to go the heights of the shounen jump top tier mangas like JJK, chainsaw man, etc. which is why I say it’s terrible, it’s a terrible story for a shounen jump pioneer. I had high hopes, and it jsut failed heavily.
Now, I understand you like this manga, I’m happy for you. And a lot of people seem to like it, that’s good for yall but it’s jsut you get lost in the sauce. Like let’s name all the abilities, we got sword skills which anybody can do, we got special bodies where we don’t even know why they’re special, they just is, and differs from sorcery like that ice lady, we got life energy which is to use sorcery, and then we have sorcery, and then we have blade sorcery which is different, than we have bloodline sorcery. Did I name it all, oh no cause then we have possession something fighting spirit. Oh also sub skills that they’ll learn with their sorcery than jsut the basic. That’s exactly what I’m talking about they just keep adding and adding.
Now the story, it’s just like the whole story line was to literally build the character strength, even when he met the top tier villain he was like ohhh I’m not going to kill you yet cause I want to see you flourish, and then his plans got impeded, and I’m like dude really. It’s literally to the point they were helping each other achieve their goals throughout the whole book. I can write about this for days but, mostly I wish it was just better written. Also the plot line of what is evil and how we use weapons is very generic, sadly, which is why the villains aren’t even that scary or interesting. They just exist. Like even the group he was chasing wasn’t that interesting. This whole story remind me of kid Sasuke when he was fighting kakashi and kakashi was like ohhh I’ve been through worse.

Jujutsu Kaisen is a new gen manga which took over the internet. Nothing about JJK shows an op character cause all the op characters died. If you’re talking about op characters this dude in this manga is the definition of op, cause he literally is a kid fighting adults with years of sword experiences and is considered the best? Like even the main villain is considered op. We can go back and forth with this but the reason jjk is really popular while Kagurabachi still is performing subpar is cause of that bs I mentioned in the other comments. Remember guys, Yuji was weakening Sukuna by separating his soul from Megumi body, if it was Sukuna in his body, Yuji punches would’ve did some damage

Hey yall, I figured out how Gojo would lose against Sukuna with his main incarnate body. So basically it goes off of what Kashimo says about Sukuna body being perfect, we already seen that without Maho Gojo still got cut in the domain expansion. So if he started doing mantras and extra hands sign because of his extra arms and mouth, Gojo would’ve most likely died in the first domain expansion…. ╮(￣▽￣)╭ also I am a Gojo fan, but it’s truth over biased beliefs

Not a bad ending, I don’t think there was a way to end the manga without denji being a hollow version of himself, but also the fact that he did find power, and still with the control devil. Plus aki is probably still with his brother is a nice touch. Sadly everything has to come to an end.
