if it's to a listing that's already here above the chapter list there's an "upload chapter" button, if it's for a new listing you need to email an admin to have them create the page first. the guide is in the pictures on the guide listing https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/mangago_how_to_guide/?_unavailableclick

Back then you dont need to have an account just to read continuously unlike today there's always ads if you dont have one so I hope we can still be safe , even still find another substitute
