I don’t want the reincarnation side story. Whyyy it’s unnecessary and I was just happy with him being in love with her after the drunk proposal. Why does he now have to know her from a past life??

The Ml had the ability to turn back time. Each time he watched or knows the Fl dies. Even if he stays away, she still dies. I’m guessing she does the around the same age every time. This is the first time he get’s romantically involved with her.
In his first life she became his tutor. His family is trashy, especially towards him since he was the third prince born from a maid/lady-in-waiting. He had the mark of the emperor but hid it avoid the fight for the succession to the throne and the former Empress. She hated him and got him abusive, terrible tutors. The Fl was the only tutor to be nice to him. He admires her because she was patient with him wasn’t like all the other tutors. But sadly she was fired probably because of the former Empress. There was a rebellion and the Fl came back to help with negotiations. She was able to fix the problem and make a deal with the rebels. But if cause the trashy rulers ruined everything and broke the deal. She tried again to renegotiate with them. Sadly she ended up with a brutal and painful death. The trashy rulers mocked her death and called her a traitor for talking to the rebels. The Ml was so enraged that he killed the whole imperial family and then himself. He woke up as his younger self and realised that he has the ability to regress.
He became a tyrant for her. He tried everything to keep her alive, even watching her get married to others. He wants her to live her life and accomplish all goals and aspirations. Each time line however ends with her dying for the Empire that she cares for. This times it’s different cause they’re together and she becomes the Empress. She even said in one of the previous timelines that neither of them were married than she would happily marry him.
He’s such a green flag, willing to do whatever she wants.
It seems like it’s “past lives” and not just “a” past life. I agree tho, so many stories with the reincarnation rn, but I still read them T.T

This ending was so rushed and Nick wasn’t even addressed??? Like he was the one who loved her with her „real face“ and they have what?? 2 conversations in the whole story? And then it’s just ignored?! I am so mad. Like bro I wanted to know who she ends up with and I wanted her to find a way to stay longer in the other world etc. GIVE ME MORE!!
