I feel the same way. Irim clearly regressed so he have knowledge of the future but their relationship is still superficial and he isn't doing much to build it. I'm not a fan of the "I'm doing everything for your sake without your knowledge or consent" trope when the recipient is passive in the matter.
Usually in regression stories the mc is the one doing it to a ml but it work because ml are infatuated and actively doing all they can to get closer to mc. Here Soya isn't like that, she isn't desperately chasing after Irim nor deep in love with him and since she is kept in the dark about the whole plot it doesn't feel loving, it just feel self-righteous.
You can do things for someone's sake, but unless they ask for it and want you to do it, you are actually doing it for yourself, not them.
