I read this Manga a while back, and truly; Younger minds have become soft. I swear you people will get a hernia if asked to read Bleach for example. Either way, this Manga is absolutely amazing. The story, characters, and actions scenes are absolutely enjoyable. The added psychological aspect is a real joy too. Meaning if you're the kind of person to enjoy "mind game" type mangas or twists? This is for you. Now, the story starts off real slow at the beginning. It really takes its time into priming you into the world of extreme gambling. And I wholeheartedly believe it was done well through the perspective of Kaji. Where that slow start showed his gradual acceptance of what it truly means to gamble.
Additionally, the explanations weren't difficult to understand. Honestly, if something is bothering you, take your time to read and understand what's happening. The page is not going to randomly disappear from you. And even then, the strategies of what actually happened, are explained later. All in all, this isn't a "You need a really high IQ to understand Usogui" situation. You just need to be patient. Appreciate the story for what it is. Baki but for gamblers.
