So Liu is known as something called a “ghost.” He has the power to change a beta into an omega through knotting. Whenever he uses his power, his eye color turns white and his vision turns real sensitive and hazy (hence the sunglasses at night). He unintentionally knotted our MC because of the MC’s unique constitution.

I tried to explain without ruining too much, but this also spoiled a big part of the story. This doesn’t get revealed until much later.

If I'm not mistaken, Yihyeon is actually a Diamond Dust, a special omega who can hide his identity. Maybe bc of his trauma, or bc he genuinely thought he was just a beta. And I think the phantom/ghost trait actually belongs to Liu Weikun, so as a Golden Alpha, he ended up triggering Yihyeon’s hidden omega identity again

Phantom/Ghost is basically a special ability that Golden Alphas have, allowing them to awaken or turn a beta’s second gender into an omega. But in this case, Liu Weikun didn’t even know he had that ability, so he had no idea he had already triggered Yihyeon into becoming a dominant omega. Hope this help
