Rant incoming cause I am a bit salty. Just skip over this. I am so tired of pretending that bland characters in yaoi is a great thing and I should praise it just because at least it doesn't contain rape and is a simple story. Like what? From what I remember yaois can have amazing plot and amazing characters with actual personalities and have no rape. Some yaois do not have rape and the plot is simple and still manage to pull of amazing characters. So why must I not criticize the blandness of the manga after I am done reading it?
