I love toxic stories, but this is just shit, it is not “Both are toxic and somehow equal”. At the end, she doesn’t know they love her, they don’t know she loves them. She doesn’t understand them, they don’t understand her. They have the empathy of a psychopath and just a psychopath who’s also stupid would know for a fact that she cannot longer go back to her world, and still willingly keep her disabled. That’s sadistic.
And i do love one good sadistic , toxic love little story, when it’s well written, and you don’t just end up with a dumb-ass FL, and her abusive partner and son. Those are choices. Writing choices.

Honestly, I feel like this one gets a pass for being shit the ML isn't exactly abusive, he's OBSESSIVE.
There's a difference, abusive implys there is degradation on the victim's mental and physical health in the long run, in this case, FL is not abused as she is perfectly physically and mentally healthy. Coz if she was truly abused, unconsented sex would be a thing in the mansion, and ML absolutely prioritised her safety and wellbeing overall, even backing down when FL defended svanhild. Or when FL pushed him off when they were doing it and he stopped immediately(preggo scene).
If ML was abusive, he wouldnt let it slide with FL at all. Both the ML and svanhild are just obessive to the point of terrible, as in keeping their family intact.
FL knows about this too, about Roth I think. So she's exactly where she wants to be, and she allows it. Don't forget ML is this way cuz of FLs action in the beginning, a match made in hell and roses. She's paying the result of her actions fully in a cage she embraced willingly.

Obsessive and abusive can coexist in the same person. Abusive is when they hurt others, knowingly or not. Obsessive is when one cannot stop themselves of repeating a pattern or action.
I hard disagree on she being “perfectly” healthy on any account. Since:
-she’s accepted her husband crippled her
-she lives in the guilt of having abandoned them
-she thinks she not been able to walk is some sort of punishment
-she deserves that punishment
… etc…

Its more like, ML' slight abusive choices that stems from his overpowering obsession of FL made him like that, and FL knows why HE is like that. This is just the result of her actions that he processed it terribly bad and thus being controlling over his wife's movements. It stems from his obsession in the first place with FL. His "abusiveness" comes from his obsession.
Also, I think FL is just being human with how she accepted ML's punishment. FL is a selfish woman as stated by the Author, FL is priority-minded and sadly her family was never the priority at first. The only reason why FL stayed now, is simply because her sole reason to go back was dead (her mother). Do you think FL would go back if her mother was still alive? I think she def would. And that would contribute more to ML's madness that she caused herself.
Don't forget she's also a mother who abandoned her husband AND child. Its no wonder why ML reacted like that.
She's a woman with drowning love for her husband, and considering how ML restricted her movement only... I um think it's acceptable, I mean it's a fuckery plot so yeah.
It ain't never goin to be healthy happiness only unhealthy happiness , whatya expect it's a good manhwa with nuance to it, there's no innocents here, both leads are victims of each other's consequences. Labeling it as toxic doesn't really do it justice, cuz there's layers to it

Exactly, we don’t need realistic muscles necessarily, but her physic is like a contradiction of what story stands for, independent, healthy, active and strong women.
The art is properly terrible. Very terrible. The plot is messy, the romance is messy, the FL is meh, both ML are not as handsome or sexy or smart as their insolence seems to indicate.

Nothing explained about previous lives, how assassin reacted to knowing he kills her, how Kersten knew she was sort of fated to healer right when he regained his memories, why he regained his memories, HOW ON EARTH was LADY Dier WAY hotter than kersten AND healer combined.
But more importantly, who was the idiot who said that it wasn’t acceptable for an all powerful empress to have her own personal harem. Honestly Kersten was hot af, and now we don’t have a badass mage.
The harem has: A fucking powerful archmage, a healer who is cute and apparently powerful… in something, but can’t cure all that effectively and is no match for any mage, a blue healer apprentice (after 18), a blue hot assassin (damn useful), a monster looking- gender fluid, bisexual water-mouthing mage person, am i missing someone???
Ending is not confusing, it’s lazy. Big buildup about crazy time loop, to end in “ooops, nevermind, magic not found”. Important characters overlooked or put aside. Fuck the ending.

The magic not found ending makes a lot of sense to me but I do think they were gearing up for some big ending n had a more mediocre oh well ending so that's a frustrating point.
The ending was indeed very abrupt because we started slow burn n suddenly last cour had the villain(s) show up, the showdown happen, the betrayal too, n the aftermath all in one. Pacing was bad overall but bearable n less annoying in the beginning.
I tend be lenient with stories where the villains are somewhat competent and here I think kersten was keeping everyone on their toes. I also like that the fl was not always being rescued by Isaac she would command them n they'd listen to her n respect her there were exceptions to this but she seemed to be mostly in control.
Still creatively done an already overdone genre.
