i just wrote down the titles in my notes cause it’s easier for me, but if you have over 1k it might take a while for you to do (=・ω・=)

I just grab a notebook and write down the titles, author, and where to find it. It makes it easier to just have a book for it. You can always use anime-planet too.

That's all I can really think of. I totally get the vibe your going for tho; after reading Midnight and On Doorstep I was hooked and wanted to read a bunch of stories like it to. Unfortunately those two are quite unique and there arent many like it. So I guess all we can do is hope the creator releases more stories in the future.
