Mr. Park and Hyosin's ex could be a second couple. The ex has a messy house and Mr. Park seems super organized. I'd like to see their dynamic!
I reread this from the beginning, and I think the setup would have felt a lot less weird if the author just focused more on the love than the sex. And if Hanjoo is the one pursuing Kiwon.
Like one comment pointed out, Kiwon loves Hanjoo as a person. I wish the story focused on that, made it slow burn, and saved the physical intimacy for much later. But I think the author did that because the most popular BL manhwas are toxic, smut-heavy ones.
It's sad to see this end. Despite its flaws, it's an enjoyable read. I really like the chemistry between the two MCs, the realistic domestic couple moments, and Jaehyuk's satisfying character development. It's something that toxic BL manhwa authors just can't seem to get right. Who would've thought I'd end up loving him and taking his side? I even got angry at Garam in this last arc.
I agree with the comments saying the ending was kinda anticlimactic. I was expecting the last arc to be about Garam overcoming his fear of being outed, and that with Jaehyuk by his side, he would be more empowered to be true to himself. I also wanted to see their parents bless their relationship. I hope all of that happens in the extra chapters.
We need more BLs like this, better written and less porny. A compelling story doesn't need to rely on sex to keep readers hooked. I saw on mangaupdates that this mangaka has two other works listed, and I hope they all get translated.
I noticed there's no wasted panel in this manga, and the pacing is tight. The art isn't particularly detailed or stylized, but it's clean and suits the story well. The mangaka and their editor did a great job. I'm curious to see how they'll handle a more serious story with greater depth and more complex characters.
I also think this would've been even better with more chapters and a slower-burn romance, but they did their best to fit everything into seven chapters and an extra.
I give it a 4/5 because I feel like it's missing a special something. Even so, it's well-made and enjoyable.
The start of this manhwa isn't that great, but the relationship conflicts in the latter part are good. My main problem is that there are way too many sex scenes, so I had to skip most of them by basically scrolling through. It's a shame because there are genuinely good plot points, especially towards the end but they're overshadowed by the excessive sex scenes.
It feels like the author improvised the characters' backstory as they went along, but somehow it all fit together surprisingly well.

Please remove this post. There are dumb people who directly reach out to the author without purchasing the manhwa and share the unofficial translations, even though they know it would cause problems and create a mess !
If you truly want to help the author, you could share the official site where people can purchase the manhwa, such as Ridi ! Otherwise, likes and retweets alone are not going to help the author in any meaningful way !

But a lot of them do have twitter accounts, so sharing the author's official posts can still help introduce the series to people who can buy it. It won't replace purchasing the manhwa, but it can increase the author's visibility and potentially reach new paying readers.
Of course, people should never send the author unofficial translations or links to pirated chapters. That only creates problems for the author.
If we're talking about reality, sharing it on X is just as likely to bring more readers looking for free copies instead of buying it.

We all know that shouldn't happen, but some people are immature or simply don't care, and sharing the author's account only makes it easier for them to do it.

My point has always been about "where" that information is being shared. Yes, an author's X account is already public and can be found elsewhere. But posting it directly on a p*racy site makes it more accessible to the "exact audience" in which some users have previously crossed authors' boundaries. That's why I don't think there's any need to advertise it here. I've seen authors receive unofficial translations, harassment, or even discontinue their manhwas because of international fans, so the risk of that happening is defo higher in this kind of environment.
If someone wants to support the author, directing readers to the official release is enough ! The 2nd couple's (Tsuriya and Mistumori) love story seems more interesting. The premise of the first story is good (one person's kindness inspired a bullied kid), but Yukino did not have much character development. It's not just that his kindness can be misleading, but also, he doesn't understand boundaries. He kissed Arata during that pockey game. Of course Arata would misunderstand and I wish Yukino apologized for that.
They're so cute, why did the author decide to end it so quickly? I hope this has lot of extra chapters showing them getting married and being happy.
