Sorry, just saw this! This middle-age straight man (idc if he's initially straight or gay) becomes intrigued with this really quiet college student (Youichi). The middle-aged man (Sakurai) starts falling in love with Youichi and Youichi starts opening up. He was someone who never showed expressions and such, but he starts opening up and realizes he fell in love with Sakurai. I think its their characters that really make it for me.

So for this summary I'll just say there's guy A and guy B. So A works in a cafe or restaurant when B suddenly runs up to him and hugs him. A realizes that B was this really shy guy from high school that he thought might have had a crush on him, they played volleyball together or something. Anyway, B is all outgoing now (his hair is long and he wears punkish clothing, kinda feminine) and he asks A if he can be his boyfriend for just one month (I think he even moves in). For some reason A agrees and B lives with him. A ends up falling in love with B and they live happily ever after! Anyone know which manga I'm talking about?
