No, it's important to distinguish that chapter 3 was not rape. And it doesn't meet the legal requirements for what would be considered rape, if this were real life. As they said, it's sexual assault.

I've not read past ch 3, so I'm not sure if the later chapters are consensual, but even if they are, that doesn't detract from the fact that the first time was rape.

Let's be real. What she did was SA but at least in this story she didn't do anything beyond that during their first meeting and she honestly restrained herself quite well compared to other toxic vampire stories.
