Both ml and mc were bl mangaka where ml drew gore and bdsm kind of bl (red flaggy types) and mc drew fluff but look wise were totally opposites. So here it goes mc and ml were lovers in their previous lives. Mc was a priestess (guy dressing up as a woman) and ml was idk just a town guy I think who fell in love. It was basically forbidden so something something happened (I read it a long time ago so I don't remember).

Now they are both reincarnated as high school boys. Whatever happens with mc (like getting hit) reciprocates to ml. So this is omegaverse but alpha is interested in a beta. They both work in the same company and alpha is the ceo there. There is a workplace drama involving beta's boss and some alpha who works in the same company too.
