I've seen some people saying it might be ai- I've looked through the art on chaper 1 and (as a wannabe professional artist myself) I don't think it's ai. The lineart is very clean but its got little inconsistencies or little flicks where it would make sense for there to be when drawing(like at the end of the chapter there's a little tail on the lineart where naked man's neck and shoulder meet in a place it makes sense for the artist to have stopped and started a new line), then there's the mole on main girl's collarbone that ai likely would have forgotten to place or misplaced frequently. Also there's the fact that the art style is very consistent, even from all angles of the face and even how the artist lowkey has same-face-syndrome lol(look at all the characters, men and women and TELL ME I'm wrong lol). Also tons of other small details like the bottom eyelashes that ai probably would have forgotten to add all the time or changed the opacity of, the direction of the hair making sense and being really uniform but also with some slight inaccuracies done for aesthetic value, the way the characters with wrinkles always have the same wrinkles by the mouth(an AI likely would have added or removed wrinkles at random if just given a prompt saying "woman with wrinkles").
Anyway, my verdict is not ai but that being said ai has gotten CRAZY good and if this IS ai and its replicating that level of human behavior in art, I fear for all artists lol

I’m thinking it might be AI that got touched up…the ML grows a mole several chapters in and in chapter 7 the MC’s pink shirt changes styles (unless it’s a different shirt but her outfit is incredibly similar so that’s just bad design then if so tbh). Clothes also have weirdly placed ‘folds’ at times that don’t make much sense…but this could again just be artist error.
The sex scene as looks very much like AI.
To me it seems to really toe the line between AI and not, so I’m honestly just gonna pass on this until there’s definitive proof it’s not.
in a more recent chapter, there’s a family photo shown. the brother is shown with a flower bouquet infront of him, but his hands not even holding it. the cartoony chibi art style is heavily ai style based and the way the color is rendered seems way too suspicious. sure the styles consistent, but it just looks too odd.

What the actual fuck just happened--
I feel like I'm still getting emotional whiplash from those last two chapters. Literally everything was good up until ch59, albeit getting a little weird in a few places like the stuff with the pill, and I genuinely don't think it was supposed to end there like that. There were so many open ends left unresolved, like Issac's past with Colin, the thing with Bluebell, Kay, Anne and Leo, also Leo himself as a character kind of being left as an enigma, how there was some kind of plot hinted at for Mac, the relationship between Olivia and Pennelope, and also what happened to literally all of the other vampires bc now none of them get any kind of ending. Honestly, I'm just kind of mad, and a bit sad for the author. As an artist and writer myself, I have no clue why they would be okay with doing this kind of disservice to their characters and the story they spent so long working on. Even if Issac was always meant to end up as the killer(which I'm still honestly not convinced on) it could have been done in such a cooler and deserved way, especially since its already clear that the author knows how to write a good story. Not to mention the whole rainbow thing being used as a baby blanket to make the ending appear to have some kind of feeling of "meaning" and almost a cyclical narrative. I do think that the rainbow was always meant to appear at the end, but I honestly think that Issac was meant to have been cured and that it would reappear again when they could both walk in the sun.
OK, I'm going on a bit of a rant now, but, basically, the TLDR here is I'm so very pissed off that I spent my time off work reading this and I wish I'd read the comments first.
