I just looked at chapter 6 and saw that they do it all the way but he pulls out while he’s c*mming. And the medicine was not administered as he was sleeping, instead, heowoon bought them and left them there with stupid messages written on sticky notes for yoonwoo to see once he wakes up. Yoonwoon doesn’t take the meds, just grabs the practice eggs before leaving. The medicine, I just realized are birth control pills instead. No, they didn’t use a condom like he would with others but his thing is big and reached far up there so a high chance of reproduction.
