Wait but Ian's got a point, while he was complaining I can't remember a single time Eunsan was asking him abt his personal life. Not that I can blame him, as he said they weren't dating, lovers or friends. They had a work related relationship from his side, and then eventually he agreed to be intimate, but it's not like they were close outside of the intimate scenes like he's with his reporter friend. Ian kinda forced himself into Eunsan' life.
On the other hand I also understand Ian, bc he wants Eunsan for himself, he wants the close relationship and being seen by Eunsan like a partner. So when he sees the close relationship the love of his life has with his friend who we know has some feelings for Eunsan, combined with his overall coldness and detachment. It really seems like Eunsan is only interested in him as a player and profit for his company, I mean not ONLY, but that it plays a major role in his actions. Yk like ,,His position is important for my job, he plays what I used to love and it feels nostalgic, plus it was kinda nice between us so I'll give it a chance" rather than ,,I like him and want to be with him"
Maybe I compare it too much to Melting point, but this feels kinda forced. I'm sure it's hard to write smooth natural flirt like Eunsan, but when Dohyun is presented as this ethereal mysterious mr. perfect who always knows what's up it's kinda hard to actualy present it in the actual story.
It also doesn't help that MC is the stereotypical femboy Y/N and nothing more. Look nothing wrong with femboys or emotional men, I actually prefer them myself, it's just that in story like this it's pretty obvious they just made him "more feminine" bc he's an uke and I'm really ove this trope. Like give me my baby uke's but don't forget they're also men, so why is it that the seme always has those stereotypically masculine traits, and uke the stereotypically feminine?
Also those new chapters reminded me that Taegyon is kind of a jerk. I totoally forgot abt it after finishing Omega complex, but this dude is a dick to people who aren't his boyfriend. What a red flag.
The last one is a pet peeve but their poses are so stiff, like when Dohyun was talking with the girl, they looked like to figurines standing in front one another, not like actual people having conversation after few drinks. Overall I think even the main characters don't really have typical gestures or habits that would make them feel more human. I get that it's kinda a fantasy, but I prefer stories where I can imagine those characters can live somewhere irl.
Overall still a good story, I'll read it without being extra mad.
Maaan this story is a proof that you don't need anything complicated, just a simple straightforward lovestory, abt yearning and old acquaintances becoming lovers. Nothing too crazy, no miscommunication arc, bc one stupid thing, no extra level toxicity, just slowly realizing you're in love.
Sometimes that's all we need for happiness.

I absolutely adored him in omega complex, bc how flirty and unapologetically self assured he was. Here I feel like he's the omniscient character who kinda knows everything abt our MC and rhe writing is always goes his way. He also lacks the cheeky flirtatiousness, like when he was comparinghimself with Taegyon/Taehyun (sorry I don't remember his name).
Don't get me wrong, I still find him hot af and everytime he mysteriously smirks and the illustator shows half body shot I eat that shit up. It's just I enjoyed that arrogant fuckboy attitude more, than the diluted "stereotypically perfect love interest"
