i don't think that's the official coloring... but if it is.. then yes, it changed his hair used to be dark before, not even yellow
Weirdly enough the earliest coloured covers and inserts showed his hair as black/dark brown and uke’s hair as brown/red! The author only started making it consistently silver starting around volume 14 but even then it started at a darker shade and has been lightening every volume (￣∇￣") vol 18 and 19 have depicted it as the lightest it has ever been. Another thing is I think we’re just used to white hair being code for blonde and black hair being, well… black. But the uke’s hair is supposedly reddish brown and this has been pretty consistent throughout the series.

Like she has so much potential to be an extremely interesting character because she has so much depth. She’s a survivor of House Herace’s horrible customs but acknowledges how wrong they are and attempts to break the cycle with Ettienne but at the same time she doesn’t manage to because she doesn’t know how to. She acknowledges the king’s hypocrisy and does what she genuinely believes it best for her and her son’s future (even tho she becomes a crazy helicopter mom in the process) all of that good character gone to WASTE because the plot would rather see Ettienne and Rishar fuck or smth. I don’t even care about whether Ettienne ascends the throne anymore DEVELOP THE MOMS CHARACTER FFS!!!!!!!!!
