Although not really what you're looking for, I recommend "For your own good" too. Only bc the MC is both an adult AND child. Though we only see the POV from the adult MC. However, it has a very strong found family theme. So it might be up your alley

That might be worse, like pointing out that the author is a gay man and implying that's the reason why they wrote it like that, could mean you're emphasizing that because they're a man who's only involved with other men, they are unserious on how they view what being forcefully impregnated is like, and that they lack empathy for women who are the only ones who actually experience that irl.

That to the author, forceful impregnation is just a fetish they can incorporate into their works, and has a disconnected view on the matter just cus they're a gay man that has zero to do with pregnancy.

This is a gay comic so I don't think you should restrict pregnancy to something only women can experience, this could've been worded in a better way... Anyone born female can get pregnant, and this author is probably a cisgendered gay man who wants to push whatever fetishes he has onto the bottom, which is what he did in his previous manhwa. So far I haven't really understood the point of making omegas the superior gender in this world while still making them into baby making factories and sacrificing this guy...but well what do I know I'm not a BL author he probably gets a lot of money for this stuff

I'm not restricting who gets to experience pregnancies in manhwas, I'm just saying in real life only cisgender women and transgender men realistically experience pregnancy, especially forced ones, which is the real world where the author actually exists in. But yeah, the whole forced pregnancy fetish thing being brought up in this latest chapter functioning as an inspiration for MC to get pregnant himself is messed up. They could've just let Jaheon consider having a baby without remembering any of that abuse.
