I had the same thought. Why was Uno acting like he knew his full legal name? M6y hypothesis is that Uno was saying it in a sarcastic way because Loren always refused to call him by his name and would just call him "The Connector". It's like "oh so NOW you know my name

It is Adrian. In the raw Enzo does call him "Rian", and it makes sense in context of Korean because people often shorten names for nicknames, and in hangul, the last part of Adrian's name is written as Ri-an.
Ok I did suspect that lol, so his name in Korean, at least the Rian part is actually Ree-an?
Uno was surprised he called him Rian because in chapter 10 I believe, Lorenzo kept calling him "connecter" and Uno responded "why do you keep calling me that? my name is Rian, remember?" And Lorenzo brushed it off saying he only remembers important stuff and didn't bother calling him Rian. That's why when Lorenzo finally called him by his name he was like "so you DID know my name, bastard" signifying that Uno is now important enough to remember/care about.
