Bruh this was such a good story just to have a booty butt cheek ass ending..I don't even understand the twist fully and even if I did it still felt rushed asf. Im not mad just slight disappointed.
Had to reply to my own shit because my disappointment doesn’t end here. I would have loved to see the mc get punished for leaving his childhood friend because if we think about it this mf was just cracking him because of the stress he was put though and as soon as he got the opportunity to leave he left his personal flesh light like im actually so pisst we don’t get to see him (the mc) get punished. Plus it never got explained what ate the chickens and if the old cult leader was a hallucination or not at the end. And why was the mc not visibly affected by what he went through after the fact???

Yeah this is way too sick for me. Its just sad and depressing and I like depressing stories but this one is just kinda heartless and I see no good ending coming from this.
yeah this is psychological not really like tragedy or a depressing story. definitely not for most people.

so after this chapter mc tries to khs but is savrd by ml and brought to the hospital. mc had amnesia for a little while so ml tells him they are in a happy relationship and his parents died. ml is super nice to him now and treats him very gently. soon mc regains his memories but doesnt tell ml until he finds out then mc goes to a therapist yay In the end they have a healthy but also obsessive relationship and they are jolly.
That basically sums it up but there is a lottt more detail. i js dont remember bc its been a while since i read the novel. T-T
