I originally watched the anime on crunchyroll a while ago, but I am pretty sure it is also a manga. Its about an college student who's sister and her husband either died or had to go away, so he starts raising her kids. I think there's three of them. All of them are girls and one is pretty young. The two older girls were having a pretty hard time living with a guy and in a small apartment, but the oldest sister took care of the younger one.
