They definitely knew it was offensive back then, this particular depiction of black and brown people originates from post slavery Jim Crow era racism there is no concieveable way they would not have known. The whole race isn't innocent, they knew and they have always known. There are black/brown people in asia and there always have been (India for random example), even east asia (indigenous koreans) which is what I think you're referring to. Antiblackness and colorism aren't exclusive to the west.

So one of the devil boxes was cracked open and the devils wing was still in their unlike when Mc did it. Which may mean that if "twin" broke it he could possibly not be related as it only works for the true bloodline
So I read the authors note after finishing season two, and they said that tapas decided not to continue the series as it wasn't profitable enough ╥﹏╥ this a stretch but I feel like sites that rip official English releases are largely contributing to issues like this. This was also probably hard on the artist who is now not earning money from this venture anymore and that breaks my heart. So please, pay for official chapters if you can and don't say "I don't have any money" that doesn't make reading illegal chapters morally right, its like saying "I have no money, so I'll rob a house of all its food and possessions even though I didn't work for those items, I don't have money so it's okay!"
