Base on my observation, I don't think sasya love karel(yet). He loves the "freedom" , peace and love that karel gave him but not karel himself. That's why he's mind went to "what will happen to me now" rather than "what will happen to karel", he was obsess of the idea of someone was there for him in his lowest. Karel was this pillar of hope that gives sasya this peace, but within sasya he knows that if he leans to this pillar all his life, nothing will change and it'll be same thing over again but with a different man and less abuse.cause rn sasya needs indepence rather than a lover. That's why sasya's selfishness rn is popping off, and not in the bad way.
And personally, i think that's for the best,Karel's "love" clearly was obsession and their relationship was just a pile of lies and falsehood. But that doesn't mean sasya was the only victim of this ill-willed relationship tho, both of them are.
Which brings me to the conclusion that, after having what he wanted and the freedom he got by himself, he slowly understood he really do love karel as a person and not just because of the temporary happiness he had with karel.
And karel hopefully, hopefully within his heart filled with hatred rn, understood whatever bs he did to sasya aint sht and should change for the better.
And i can't believe I'm going kinda indepth on a bl story in the middle of the night. Coffee do do wonders.

He hasn't truely loved karel in those moments and then just realized his shit when he got his freedom and dancing career back
And this point really i take back everything i said of wanting them to be happily together.
I want them to be happy not in a relationship, and really just go solo (and not for two)
You could at least acknowledge how pushy and obsessed Karel was. Sasya is just damaged. He's had to fight his entire life and was sexually assaulted many times. Plus after he was last assaulted and killed his attacker he lost his memory and thought that Karel was a murderer. Honestly they both weren't go for each other. Karel was too obsessed and Sasya really just needed help not someone that wanted to sleep with him. He needed time to heal and he didn't get that. Especially since men were constantly trying to assaulted or sleep with him. Neither are innocent and the way they are portrayed is pretty realistic. I find this tlstory really interesting and it's nice to see character development.
I did acknowledge it tho(not in this comment ofc, on my last one "popcorn popcorn" ) i quote Karel's "love" for sasya as it wasn't healthy from the beginning and clearly an obsession. I just didn't focus on karel as it wasn't his pov chapter and more of sasya's side of story and his struggle.
Also same, this story has made my emotions ride one hell of a roller-coaster, it makes me hate and love this shit at the same time
Welp, glad to hear it. There are a lot or people acting like Karel's obsession is normal. And yeah, this story has definitely been an emotional roller-coaster lol
