Have you seen the anime? Not to be mean but it was kinda disappointing. They changed a lot of scenes and that pissed me off. It's like they're forcing the mc and the little girl to have more scenes together.
I have not seen the anime cause I felt that might have been the case. I might still watch it cause I just want to see how different it actually is. Also, I think that manga was originally a light novel so maybe some details from the anime were from the light novel and not the manga? But not too sure about that.
