So there might be mpreg in this... the official, raw chapters are up to 76 and there's talk of pregnancy in regards to Qiao Yang (in chapter 76 and the preceding chapters)... and it was mentioned that the author said it might happen?
If anyone knows more, I'll be here~ lol

Update:
It is confirmed that Qiao Yang can get pregnant, as long as his espers are highly compatible, which the twins are. In chapter 76 the doctor asks if they used condoms or contraceptives and did a pregnancy test (through blood sample). The doctor also states pregnancy is actually highly possible between them.
