Guys... Chapter 11 in the manhwa correctly depicts the dialogue between WiKun and Yihyeon at the end... WiKun comes on to Yihyeon... WiKun initiates, not Yihyeon.
It seems some of the fan translations out there are incorrect, and people think Yihyeon initiated, but that's not what happened.
(Source: the official Korean novel chapters on Ridi; chapter 11 in the manhwa corresponds to novel chapter 40 on Ridi; page 12 and 13 in chapter 40 is where this scene takes place)
Good luck~
Yupp! The Ridi 'individually released chapters' do not align with the fan translation chapters... though if I had to guess as to why, the fan translations might be based on the volumes of the story instead.
On Ridi, you can buy the individually released chapters or you can by the novel by volume (for this story, there are 9 volumes, 320 chapters on Ridi).
It's cheaper to just buy the novel volumes (it's like buying in bulk), but since I read a lot and wasn't sure if this story would have enough action to keep me interested, I bought individual chapters~
Honestly, I should become a translator and release more of the stories I read lol
Hope this helps~
No matter who you think is right... one thing is for certain... the more Luke denies anything bad will happen... the more certain something bad will happen.
And just as frustrating... the micro sd card containing the photos of them kissing in the bathroom were so, so close to them... literally within reach T_T
I completely understand ~
It will no doubt prove to be a constructive life experience for them and for their relationship.
If they stand firm by each other's side, no matter how harsh the storm of public criticism, victory is theirs and Derrick loses. The best revenge is rendering your adversary's attack futile, vain, while achieving a happiness beyond their reach~
Guys, the one at the door in the last panel IS Taegu...
He brought back Yeongwoon's bag he left in his car, after Seo In dragged him away abruptly. That's why the author shows the bag in the next panel~
In chapter 54 and 55, Taegu is wearing jeans, black socks and those white sneakers shown in the final panels of chapter 57.
Also, when Seo In drags Yeongwoon away, he doesn't have his bag on him and continues not to have it while on his date with Seo In.
After watching the movie in chapter 56 and then going to grab food, Yeongwoon says to Seo In, "Sorry, I left my bag in Taegu hyung's car, I'll pay you back later."
Then, the bag magically appears after the visitor shows up...
It's definitely Taegu. I thought it might be Hae Yool at first, but after reviewing the last few chapters, there's just no way.
maybe! It’s the outfit that’s throwing me off + the dialogue implying something bads gonna happen but I don’t think Taegu would initiate something like that. the jeans in the last panel look super light in comparison to taegus jeans (dark blue) when we saw him earlier and the closeup we got of taegus shoe when picking up yeongwoo has a black stripe on it which is different from the last panel
I will concede that there are slight discrepancies with the coloring of the clothes/shoes, but the overall items in question remain the same (jeans, black socks, white sneakers) lol
I don't think it was done on purpose, but just how the artist colored the panels (sometimes patterns are left out from sequential panels for the sake time efficency, I see it all the time)
But the logical progression of events: missing bag left in Taegu's car, visitor shows up, bag is delivered back to Yeongwoon... leads me to believe it has to be Taegu.
All of that being said... I did *want* it to be Hae Yool lol
I have a feeling...
Derrick circulates the photos of Luke and Andrew kissing in the bathroom while Luke is trapped... and Andrew has a breakdown trying to deal with the backlash and the disclosure of his identity to his campus/the greater public all alone... without his only support... Luke.
What do you guys think?
Locking Luke inside the workshop is definitely not all that's going to happen...
So... what are we thinking? Someone hired by Derrick or Derrick himself will set a fire in/around the workshop? Does Derrick bring like 10 thugs to beat up Luke (or worse!! Not r*pe please, author). Since someone up to no good has possession of the key, Luke is trapped there until whatever trouble/violence finds him.
And Andrew doesn't have any of Luke's friends' phone numbers to ask around about his whereabouts... which sets him up for possibly saving Luke if he decides to check the workshop.
Right? Something else has to be in store because if not what “good” could locking him in there…. Aaaaaaand my brain just reminded me that she told Luke HAVE A GOOD WEEKEND. He could end up locked in there for over 48 hours. And I don’t think we know if they have snacks, water, or a bathroom that he can get too. Like HOW stuck is he? In the building as a whole or just in a storage room??? I can’t remember what room he was in
Exactly!!! He could definitely be there for 50+ hours (since it's 10:03 PM when his phone dies).
From what I remember from the previous chapters, there's no food or water, and the bathrooms were in the hallway. Though, I can't imagine Andrew not looking for him at the workshop after 24 hours...?
It would make more sense if something happened at the workshop before anyone could figure out Luke was still there (imho)
Andrew could be the one targeted... Derrick could just release the photos of them kissing in the bathroom... and Andrew would then have to deal with the public ostracization/fallout all alone (which as we all know, he's already traumatized by such events, and is why he hides his identity)
Just read chapter 6, and there are two dangerous pieces of misinformation I wish to clarify for my manga/manhwa community:
Wearing metal jewelry or accessories while reaching for/towards a live electrical current is extremely dangerous and at times, lethal. Metals, ESPECIALLY SILVER, are strong conductors of electricity and will not "discharge the current" safely from your body. Silver jewelry/accessories will *concentrate* the flow, creating severe burns, possibly melting the worn item(s), and most importantly... increasing your chances of shock and death.
Secondly, if you ever encounter a person whose heart has STOPPED (i.e. there is NO cardiac/electrical activity, which is called asystole) ... do NOT defibrillate (shock) their heart, as this can damage the heart muscles and make it harder for normal heart rhythm to return with proper treatment. Asystole cannot be treated with defibrillation, only fibrillation/arrhythmia can be treated by defibrillation/cardioversion (shock therapy).
Ugh. ADHD sufferer out.

Everyone's wondering who Ian will choose (TJ or Jo), but I'm just sitting here wondering... who Jamie is going to shoot...
Probably Ian or TJ... honestly, I can see Ian choosing to save TJ and dying... everyone gets to be unhappy together T_T
I think it might be the other way around, tj saving Ian
