I thought we were doing well with the direction the author chose, not making a whole separation angsty arc after finding out the destined partner UNTIL Renji pulled that stupid crap of having Saku prove his trustworthiness. So far the mc hasn’t but…. It’s implied the ml has some sort of childhood friend that he might still have feelings for who looks exactly like the ml but nothings happens yet. There’s also another character who wants to get with the ml but again nothings happened I recommend giving it a try

This story surprised me. The first chapters are meh, but when start to deep into the relationship between Chika and Ryo it gets really good! I NEED to read vol 2 (although I read it’s not a satisfactory end, like the story is still ongoing)
