i’m sad because i can’t find peak everything i read doesn’t hit like i can read pretty good stories but they aren’t as good as it felt before ei think i’m bored or just maybe have way to high standards now but i never have life altering stories that become like gold to me i think i may have to get back into ongoing stories because i think that’s when everything is better with the suspense of every episode but i also hate not knowing so i’ve only been reading completed stories for a long time
if anyone wants to rec pls do i can read all genres but i don’t even any sa/rape and why i feel like makes a story life altering is when there such deep emotions that you feel submersed into the story and the character pov
Have you read darkness before the dawn? I love the art and the plot is very unique and genuinely interesting. It’s a bl and the tags are lowkey wrong, it’s not a love triangle and it’s not rlly horror. It’s one of my favorites and it’s completed <3
ur amazing i haven’t i think i’m gonna have to read RN

10 Manga/Webtoon i can confidently recommend to anyone: https://www.mangago.me/home/mangalist/3754997/
the kind that's unforgettable. super immersive / sucks you in nonstop. either because it's SUPER FUN, or mindblowing, or it really pulls your heartstrings, or it keeps punching you in the gut, or all at once.

character-driven stories.
interesting MCs who feel real, alive, & sympathetic. we can't help but be fond of MC and root for them. well written characters & story in general.
https://www.mangago.me/home/mangalist/568601/
longer list (40+ titles) i collected over 8 years for various reasons like:
successfully makes this picky reader INVESTED.
root-worthy characters. Well-written. Reasonable. Lovable. Anti-cliche.
Great character dynamics.
Enjoyable & flavorful; story that mixes genres & tropes really well.
Highly immersive stories; transport u to a different reality.
LOTS OF EMOTIONS. Possibly heart breaking (in a good way)
Good storytelling.
Great reread value.
Beautiful artworks :)
ty they look great the short stories always wish u got more
THANK YOU i peeped a couple ik n loved :) so i think ill like ur other recs
i just reread an entire manhwa because i wasn’t sure if i read the story then it was chapter after chapter i would remember but only after it unfolding but i did indeed commit and reread the whole thing but im not a rereader idk y it just doesn’t hit the same for me so i dont bother
im in a stuck spot i just cant seem to find any more mind altering stories. I need ANGST, depth, emotions, hardships, and it’s okay if there happy ending or not happy one (PLEASE ONLY COMPLETED STORIES) idc the genre at all i just need recs of stories that changed y’all’s life
