It CAN be good when done right like in Demon slayer or Naruto we see the MC’s progress and become better and they loose battles which makes their soon to be OP status feel like a reward or like in L.A.G where the MC starts off as relatively OP (compared to everyone else) but the plot makes up for it and genuinely explains and gives a good reason ...... reply
Who feels genuinely hurt whenever a MC is chubby or has a disability of some sort and they magically lose their weight or disability because of the system or something wack like that. And for MCs who have the disability the author neglects it and just forgets about it.
