Who feels genuinely hurt whenever a MC is chubby or has a disability of some sort and they magically lose their weight or disability because of the system or something wack like that. And for MCs who have the disability the author neglects it and just forgets about it.

Nah. I mean it depends on the focus of the story really. If the story is about representation for disabled people and THEN the mc suddenly yknow magically gets better, then I guess can see why many would find an issue with it.
