Personally, if it's got a good plot with interesting characters, I'll read it, be it Yaoi, Yuri, Shonen, Shojo, whatever. However, though I don't get turned onto the sex scenes in Yaoi like I'm sure many readers do, I like how men fit together in an aesthetic sense. I find it pleasing on the eye.
