I prefer most of the stories in yaoi. Yes, there are a lot of them with ridiculous plots that are nothing close to real life, and with characters I don't like, but there are some with great depth and heart and humor. My first anime(s) were GeGeGe no Kitaro, Minashigo Hachi, Mahou Tsukai Sally, Ogon Batto, just to name a few. Japanese anime shows were my Saturday morning cartoons when I was 4-5 years old, early 1970's in Yokohama Japan.   reply

My lock screen is my 19 yo daughter at her college graduation. The both of us would be freaking out pretty seriously in the beginning, but after that we'd probably calm down and start talking about boys, and what she wants to do about her job search. All very good answers here. I agree, but will add mine. I'm 49, and I can't believe it because I still feel like I'm in my 20s inside! Short. My second and third choices are at the end of this post. I'll be 50 next year, my kids are in college and will soon be on their own.
