now i’m just crazy cause i didn’t see much wrong with the story, i will say the “war” arc was bland and was really just used as plot device to lengthen the story but besides that i don’t think there was huge issue with the characters especially the mc. like it’s shown in glimpses to us and in flashbacks, i do wish we got to see more of her backstory prior to badically transmigrating to show us why she has/had such abandonment issues in the first place along with the fact i like how they portray the perspective of a transmigrator badically taking over previous owner’s body and the guilt it holds over the person. the choice in ml i did not have a problem with either(?), like joshua is not a horrible toxic guy & he’s obviously grown up from when they were children i honestly like the choice in ml and the fact she ended up with the person who stayed with her during those years instead of the two other mls who really she knew from childhood and they were hung up on her since childhood. they clung onto and projected that version of her as a kid to the teen she grew up into & i personally didn’t like them that much especially when they were rather forceful in wanting to be with her.
overall i liked the story, but the war arc was semi ok i really only liked it for the furthering of the rs between lili and joshua. though it’s funny to see 3 of the evan’s bloodline lose to winston LOLLL
Well for me, I just found that the female lead couldn't make up her damn mind for 40+ chapters. Either she should SET BOUNDARIES if she say she didn't want to date cuz she felt it was too soon OR she pursue her true feelings. It was selfish of her to do none of that, even knowing how they felt about her for the last 10 years. The beginning 56 chapters were good, but after that, it just felt repetitive. It was the same old extremely obsessed male leads doing the same tropes over and over again. And it felt like they were running around in circles.
tbf she did, even as a child, she tried but yk hiw regular old obsessed male leads are and they still decided to pine for her anyways LMFAOO. i think especially because even if in a way she was mentally(?) still an adult in her transmigration hwr being transmigrated into the body of a child will still affect mental development and how she sees herself on top of the disconnect she feels taking the body & basically feeling like she robbed aomeone of the life they deserved to have. in the setting, everyone gets married pretty young even fl mentions it herself so there was that unnecessary expectation placed onto her as well on top of the male leads just having that “i’ll be patient but not rlly” rype of attitude i just blame them more than anything else cause it was obvious she herself didn’t want to do much more, but the male leads just got ahead of themselves and pushed that responsibility onto her.
hmm even after ive reread this since practically middle school, i still think andy did survive that train. there wasn’t any blood when the train rushed over, and you very well can survive being “ran over” by laying flat on back, face turned to the side, etc. but the cops were also there and if they had gone down they would’ve seen andy dtill down there, an opening ending too many questions fuuuuu. this is true dark writing
oh I see lol, didn’t know there was a whole discussion/debate about it, I guess another note I remember people saying about the ending (also from years ago) is the look on Andy’s face when he realizes Bran was still willing/trying to help him (and somehow escaped with the power of adrenaline and hope or something lmao)

now we got a real man OHHHH MY LLOOORDSDDDDD ZAHIR U FINE ASF
