Hi, I know I'm almost 2 months late and wants to know what happened to them. They basically manage to live together for so long but the uke thought he was taking away his freedom by being together and couldn't bare anymore thinking he was hurting him, so he let him go. The seme was devastated after knowing he was abandoned, and hid manager was the one who comforted him (I forgot what ut was they were talking about cuz it was a raw page) he cried thinking he wouldn't see uke again. I think after a year? Or so, they meet again and the last panel I remember was that, Seme found him again but this time with open arms and uke was running towards at him. End.
