Bcs he has the fourth wall who makes his face blurry or bland for other characters (in our eyes, he might look like that, but for the characters he looks like an npc)
His face has a blurry filter on or smt so he probably looks very unappealing.

Sangah has definitely seen his face fs, since they worked tgt in Minosoft. In fact if i remember right, those who’ve seen him before the apocalypse still see his true face and are not affected by the filter.
As for Dokja’s actual appearance, though it’s not stated in ur face, he’s probably above average looking since he mentions that before the fall of the world he’s never been insulted about his looks and says himself that he’s ‘decent’ looking. And considering that he wasn’t exceptionally popular when he was working in Minosoft, he was probably handsome but not as eye-catching as YJH who’s actually stated to be incredibly gorgeous.
