To people who think "you shouldn't complain about the grammar because you're reading it for free": why not? Nobody is insulting the translator, merely stating that the quality of the translation is not up to par compared to the work of other groups. And I, for one, agree. At times I found the dialogue to be difficult to follow, which detracted from my understanding and enjoyment of the story. If you're someone for whom this does not apply, great! But I don't think that is a valid reason to dismiss the feedback of other people who feel differently. And regarding the "if you think you can do better, blah blah" rebuttal, I am speaking as someone who has experience in all areas of scanlating (translating/typesetting/cleaning) so I know how much work it can be... but that's not exactly an excuse for skimping on effort. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.
Exactly my point. There's an immature individual here going around, thumbing down all the topics related to the translation. I mean, it's through correcting errors that we make ourselves better. And if we have someone to point that out, then it would a little easier to do so. I appreciate their effort, REALLY. But a little bit of proof reading would have made this a much more enjoyable read. Even saying this much is NOT allowed? They only see the complains but they miss the part where we also say a heartfelt "Thank you!"
Thank you for contributing your thoughts! I think what some people fail to understand that critique of a person's work is NOT the same as a critique or insult to the person him/herself... but nuance can be hard to grasp for certain individuals. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ I'd be glad to have a dialogue with anyone who disagrees TBH.
In any case, I just interpret the thumbs-downs as people being butthurt, not having any articulate platform to stand on, and wanting to hide comments that make them uncomfortable LOL (not that it really matters to me since this site doesn't keep track of up/downvotes like Reddit does for example)
I'm sorry but I agree. As much as i appreciate the translator's effort (seriously, thank you!!), the grammar was off af. The mangaka worked hard for the series and the only reason why it's disliked by a lot of readers is because of the quality of translation? Hell naw. I'm not degrading the translator, but please seek help next time! I'd be happy to!
I feel like I've read something with a similar plot before, but I don't remember the title... where the older brother hooks up with some dude as a substitute for the younger brother? If anyone can hit me up with a link, I'd appreciate it a lot. (●'◡'●)ノ
or this one:

Thanks for the links! Unfortunately, the series I was thinking of wasn't about twins. I'm unsure if I'm recalling all the details correctly, but I think the younger brother was in middle or high school, while the older brother was a working adult? Sorry for being vague haha my memory isn't that great
http://www.mangago.me/read-manga/blt_burning_love_twin/. Maybe this one?
sounds interesting but unfortunately i haven't read anything like that. good luck~
It's a bit similar to this:

This one no ...?
http://www.mangago.me/read-manga/kitto_kiss_o_suru_toki/
... since everyone is reading here after all, but does anyone possibly know where The Anon moved their scanlation site to? Would greatly appreciate it if someone could PM me (even if it's just a hint)!
try searching it on mangadex
She's on tumblr. IIRC her new username is fuckyeahreaders. Her projects aren't on private anymore because of that stalker/leaker, but she still hates aggregator sites.
What's an aggregator site?please dont tell me to google it. I like talking to people online.
