Everything is going so fast TF straight up to bed is kinda crazy

I feel like the whole thing was too fast? Too rushing?? Like...how did they fell in love with each other so fast especially that the fox didn't show any some sort of I'm interested in MC and I'm falling in love? Like I love the story and the characters but you could've slowed down a lil with the events and story
