It's from bad diet. If you eat lots or fast foods, little fruit and veggies, or just eat junk food like cereal with milk, it causes acne. For me I got rid of the problem by eating clean for years, but the biggest reason for me was gluten and dairy. Without eating any products that contained flour, I suddenly stopped having acne, that I was fighting...... 1 reply
