Definitely. I had depression for years, and was diagnosed Borderline (which basically means I'll have phases from time to time where I'll want to end my life) and there's no cure yet. I tried many times but I guess I never really had the guts to do it properly (as I think too much...)

It will get better. You'll keep being betrayed, being hurt but it will get better. Learn to love yourself, you are worth it. You have nothing to be ashamed of : assume your mistakes and learn from it. Proudly wear your scars like trophies. Because all of these will make you a better person if you chose to learn and accept.
