Love yourself before you love others. The more you value yourself, the more you learn to accept the value others put in you. Also, by giving yourself ample room to grow and learn what you need in a partner (not what you want), you can avoid unhealthy or toxic relationships and find someone who fosters that growth and allows you to change for the be...... 1 reply
Funny story! I actually had my first date with a girl at Laser Tag. (Keep in mind that this was when I was in high school and I was very stupid.) She wanted to go to someplace nice like a café or to a restaurant, but I INSISTED and said, "No, no, it's Laser Tag! It's the shit!" She agrees, reluctantly, saying she's never been. I had a very, very bad breakup with a girl that confessed to me over text. We dated for one month before I realized that she was toxic and borderline abusive. It can be anyone, girl or boy, main character or side character, seme or uke....who did you actually feel yourself attracted to/falling in love with while reading?
For me it was when I was 10 years old. I saw my grandma naked and I don't think I have recovered from that incident so I need you all to share your scary experiences to make me feel more safe inside (⌣_⌣”)
What do you find yourself falling for in a person/what is your type? Also, why do you think those qualities are attractive? Do you think this person is realistic or are they more based in fiction?
Personally, I prefer people who are serious and composed. I just like them to foil my personality so we both stand out more, if that makes sense. Since I'm outgoing and cheerful in real life, I'd like someone who could keep me grounded, or in other words, tell me to shut the hell up. Lovingly. Anyway, I'm curious! Let me know!
