The hart family has the symbolic brown hair and green eyes, Deon is the only one different with his albinism, he wishes that he was born "normal" so he could've been closer with his family than he believed he was. If we look at the hero who died protecting Deon he also has brown hair and green eyes, hes basically what Deon wishes he could've looked like to fit in with his family, like the world just hates him to throw what he cant be/look like in his face
