It’s still very new (and super slow to update) but it’s clear the seme falls first “Unintentionally Lovestory”
Then there’s the very popular Chinese BL manhua called “Here U Are” where everyone in the fandom loves the adorable seme and you will fall for him to and it has the best uke of the century
Then there’s “Sick” which isn’t shounen ai but still lots of fluff
And I think that’s all I can really think of at the moment cuz it’s very rare to find a lovely fluff BL where the seme falls first. Which is why out of the three I Recommended, you should definitely start reading “Here U Are” if you haven’t yet
