The plot's interesting and the smut sort of fits but I do feel the pacing's too fast glancing over a lot of mechanics/strategies and emotional conflicts. It feels a bit like a whiplash going from Reunion and Follow The Sheep Into The Abyss to this story.
I realised from mangas I've come across, the ones on war are often set in European settings or are usually about the Shinsengumi. I'm just wondering if there are any set in Asia during WWII (although I can guess why they would be rare from Japanese publishers).
Just to put into context, I'm studying about war representations this semester so I was just curious about the lack of such mangas (or at least from my experience).
I kind of feel like Compton's giving off Youngjo vibes at this point
