I've read this because of a random trailer I saw and how it's getting an anime next year, and really no regrets. I've read this in one sitting, and it was so good, and that ending is a chef's kiss.
I feel like the author could have created another series with new sets of characters if he wanted to go in this direction. This is totally out of genre.

I'm having mixed feelings because the tournament was kind of put into a montage. I was waiting for that rematch between taiki and shiju (sorry if I butchered their name, im so bad with names), anyway, this is the last HS tournament, right? so this story will probably drag up to college, have new characters and delay the rematch more.....
