don't shoot me, but it's always felt like aya likes mistuki more (i'm not saying she does, i'm just talking about the way that they show it). mitsuki keeps to herself a lot, and is understandably down rn, but she really needs to communicate with her gf. it lowkey feels like she's taking cues from her uncle; don't get me wrong, mitsuki loves aya, but she's not really being a good partner rn.
+ i know that they have music in common, but is that really it? they haven't forged any other hobbies or anything together? i know that music is their whole thing (a vv nice thing), but relationships take a little more than shared albums.
It's definitely because the narrative focuses so much on Mitsuki. Whenever the POV is on Aya, it's always about Mitsuki and how much she's concerned about her. This girl's world is literally Mitsuki so of course she's understandably mad and sad that Mitsuki is literally ignoring her. For some reason, Aya got more out of the timeskip that we never even got to see lol
